Experience Summary
Ms. McGee has over 25 years of experience in geotechnical foundation investigations
and environmental assessments and consulting. As President of Ranger Consulting,
Inc., Ms. McGee ensures close communication with each client and is responsible
for project oversight, quality control, employee training, technical review
and technical support for all projects. Ms. McGee’s geotechnical experience
includes numerous investigations for roadways, bridges and retaining wall
foundations for projects throughout the state of Georgia. Ms. McGee also has
experience with foundation design and construction issues with roadway and
bridge projects located within hazardous waste and petroleum impacted sites.
Ms. McGee has extensive experience in all aspects of environmental consulting and underground storage tank (UST) management. As the Chief Operating Officer for Georgia Oilmen’s Services (GOS), Ms. McGee ensured client satisfaction and that all work is accurate and completed with total adherence to all applicable Rules and Regulations for assessments and regulatory reporting requirements. As an Underground Storage Tank Management Program (USTMP) state contractor team member, Ms. McGee provided oversight of the review of corrective action files and implementation of corrective action activities at UST facilities, as assigned by the USTMP.
Prior to employment with Georgia Oilmen’s Services, Ms. McGee worked as Program Manager I with the Environmental Protection Division, USTMP. While there, she managed the review of all confirmed UST releases subject to corrective action by state contractors under the state and federal trust fund. Additionally, she managed all closures and corrective actions funded solely by the UST owner / operator.
Ms. McGee has ten years experience in the preparation, evaluation and implementation of environmental site assessments, corrective actions and remediations for underground storage tank releases, landfills and other potential hazardous waste sites on properties either owned or acquired by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
